  Very dishonest company. I stalled my roof approximately 4 years ago. Sloppy work. Had a leak in upper bedroom ceiling. Called and was promised someone would call me back. After 2 weeks, call again was told they were waiting for contractor to get back with them for an appointment. This went on for 2 months and Lisa finally said my roof was out of Warranty and she would send me some updated paperwork regarding warranty which I never received. I stated I was referring orion restoration and their associated business Hunter Homes Property to the Better Business Bureau. She stated they have had several customers to do the same & they always won. This seems to be a bogus & unethical company. I would not recommend to anyone.

  They installed our new roof approximately 5 years ago. I called them today about a leak and was told they don't do roofs anymore. But their add still lists hail damage as one of their services. I guess they don't want to stand behind their work or their customers.
